The apartment offers a bright living room with an open kitchen, a main bedroom with a comfortable queen-size bed (160 cm), and an adjoining second room that can accommodate two additional guests on a sofa bed that easily converts into a full queen-size bed (160 cm). The modern bathroom features a rain shower and washing machine. Restored natural wood floors, historic windows, and original doors with brass handles blend modern comfort with the authentic atmosphere of Riga Old Town.

The apartment is entirely yours to enjoy, with private access and no shared spaces.

I ensure my guests privacy and space, but I am always available when it is needed.

Located on beautiful Jāņa street that started to form in the 13th century- one of the most photographed streets of Riga Old Town- with charming houses, cobblestone streets and majestic St. John`s Church. The most iconic symbol of Riga is just around the corner from here. Here everything You need for great holidays in Riga is just steps away- cafes & restaurants, bars, museums & art galleries. Great shopping center with big grocery store is just 2 minutes walk, that is very convenient.

The second bedroom, which can comfortably accommodate two additional guests, is accessed through the main bedroom and does not have a separate door — making it a cozy setup for families or close friends.

The apartment is located on the second floor (just a short walk up from the ground floor). Please note that there is no elevator, but the stairs are easy to manage.
We have renovated natural wood floors that are very sensitive- so do not walk in shoes in apartment and do not leave wet shoes on wood floor- use shoe tray!
