The Space:

Epic Spa (Roof Terrace) (Pet) consists of an open-plan living space with an oven, grill, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, wine chiller, cafetière, kettle, toaster, hair dryer, iron, ironing board, breakfast bar, dining seating, Smart TV, and a selection of board games. The bedrooms consist of a king-size and two twins, all with TVs. There is a bathroom with a bath, shower over, basin, WC, and washer/dryer, and a shower room with a walk-in shower, basin, and WC. There is a vacuum cleaner and a cot and highchair available on request. On-site, you will find EV chargers available on the site car park for an additional fee, a complimentary concierge service, spa and wellness centre, Milkwood House; restaurant and bar, gym, fire pits, seasonal trails, open kitchen dining, tennis court, yoga sessions, guided walks, and children's activity packs. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen, and towels are included in the rent. Outside, there is enclosed decking with furniture and a hot tub, a roof terrace with furniture, and designated parking for two cars with on-site car park available. The Neighborhood:

Laugharne, with its majestic castle standing on a low ridge overlooking the wide Taf River Estuary, is famous for its associations with the poet Dylan Thomas, and a visit to his Boat House and the writing shed where he wrote most of his works is a wonderful experience. Beautiful walks in and around the castle, with breathtaking views of the estuary, can be followed by cream teas in quaint little tea rooms, a drink in the local pub or shopping in the gift shops and mini market. The nearby sandy beach at Pendine is where many land speed records have been famously set on its seven mile stretch of beautiful flat sand, and a little further afield are the seaside resorts of Tenby and Saundersfoot. With walks in all directions, great days out at castles, mills and craft centres galore, this is a perfect base for all the family, at any time of the year.
