The Space:

As soon as you arrive at this incredible property one can't help but be transported back in time. Entering the main front door you are met by a sweeping Georgian staircase leading up one flight of stairs to the grand half landing offering stunning views across the city and then up another flight of stairs to the apartment on the first floor. As you enter the apartment, you are led straight towards the Bathroom that offers a walk in shower, bath, sink and WC. Leading through to the grand sitting room that offers comfortable seating for 4, an ornamental marble open fireplace, dining area for two and two floor to ceiling, beautiful, Georgian sash windows allowing the light and iconic view of the Circus to pour into the room. This room leads through to the fully equipped kitchen with Nespresso coffee machine, electric hob, oven, dishwasher, microwave, washing machine/tumble dryer and fully stocked supply of cooking utensils. Leading back through into the main sitting room, you pass through incredible original floor to ceiling parliament doors that are nestled in their original Georgian encasements adding to a truly historical experience into the luxurious sweeping bedroom. Relax in the luxurious super-king sized bed with crisp white linen soaking in the spectacular views across bath stretching up and over Lansdown through the triple, shuttered sash windows. Again the ornamental fireplace and window seat adds to a truly decadent experience.

Food lovers will delight in the array of dining options, from traditional pubs to contemporary restaurants, all within easy walking distance. For a taste of culture, the No.1 The Royal Crescent, The Roman Baths and the Holborn Museum are also within easy reach. Getting Around:

The property is located near several public transport options. Bath Spa train station is approximately a 20-minute walk away, offering direct services to major cities like London, Bristol, and Cardiff. Local bus services operate frequently, with several bus stops within a short walking distance from the apartment, providing easy access to various parts of Bath and the surrounding areas. For those driving, please note that paid long stay parking is available in the city car parks, with the nearest being Charlotte Street, about a ten-minute walk. Alternatively, you can use the 'Park and Ride' services located to the north and south of the city. Short-term on-street paid parking (2 Hours) is available in the neighbouring streets for loading and unloading. Bristol Airport (BRS) is approximately a 45-minute drive away.

Please note that check-in is from 4:00 PM and check-out is by 10:00 AM.

Paid parking is available in the city car parks, the nearest being Charlotte Street which is a ten minute walk away. Alternatively there is a 'Park and Ride' service to the north and the south of the city.

You can park in the paid on street parking outside the apartment for up to three hours when loading and unloading.



Please be aware that this is a non-smoking / vaping apartment.



Please note that the apartment is located on the first floor which is accessed by two flights of stairs and therefore is not suitable for those with mobility issues.
