This lovely and spacious 2-bedroom flat is situated across two floors on a quiet, residential, tree-lined street. There are two large and bright bedrooms, as well as a generous back garden, ideal for the summer months. Located in a popular London neighbourhood, Near Angel tube and Upper Street, this flat is perfectly suited for professionals, couples, a small family, or longer stays in the city.



The Space:

Upon entering the flat, you are welcomed into a spacious, bright, open-plan living room, kitchen, and dining area, offering an immediate sense of space and practicality. This entire living space looks out towards a garden and is filled with natural light from the tall glass doors. Thoughtfully designed and highly practical, the room combines contemporary furnishings with a personal touch throughout. Sleek black feature walls add depth and character, a great balance against the warm wooden flooring and warm furnishings. A decorative fireplace and plenty of shelving elevate the space, while the overall layout makes it ideal for the practicality of everyday living, entertaining and relaxing. Mounted on the wall, you will find a brand new 55-inch OLED smart TV, installed with Netflix, Prime and all the apps you may need.



The kitchen is seamlessly integrated into this open-plan layout, and is finished to a high standard, featuring marble worktops, high-end appliances and a large kitchen island with extra seating. The large dining area, modern and stylish, flows very naturally into the corner of the kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything a keen chef may need. Including quality cookware, sharp knives, a full-size oven, a gas hob, a microwave, a blender, and ample utensils. Ideal for cooking full meals with ease.



Upstairs, both bedrooms are elegant, spacious, and thoughtfully styled. Both rooms benefit from king-sized beds, generous built-in wardrobe space, natural light and lovely interiors. The master bedroom has a private en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower. The second shared bathroom on this floor features a bath and an overhead shower. Finished to a contemporary standard, the bathrooms complement the overall modern feel of the flat. Both bathrooms are equipped with underfloor heating and heated towel rails for extra comfort in the winter months.

Please note that we provide small bottles of shampoo, shower gel, soap, moisturiser and loo roll for the beginning of all our guest stays, and once the products are finished, we kindly ask our guests to provide their own thereafter.



Please note that the garden furniture has been stored away for the winter, and the garden renovation is also due to take place in the next few weeks in preparation for the summer. Should you wish for the garden furniture to be out, please do not hesitate to ask, and we can arrange it.



Please note the property will be prepared by our professional cleaners, using hotel-quality linen and towels.



Please note that the entrance to the property is on the lower ground floor, accessed by one set of stairs down from the outside. Then there is one flightof stairs inside the property to get to the 1st floor where the bedrooms and bathrooms are located.



If the booking is 14 days or more, we require a mid-stay clean at an additional cost (the price is dependent on property size). Payment will be taken at the time of the booking and the mid-stay clean includes both a clean and linen change.



We can also arrange any additional cleans regardless of the length of the booking upon request.



Please note that check-in is between 3pm and 8pm. Early and late check-ins as well as late check-outs are available on request for an additional fee. Please note that check-ins after 8pm must require a personal check-in at an additional fee.



The lead guest booking the property must be 25+ years old.
