Our family finca sits quietly within this valley and feels like a secret retreat waiting to be discovered.

An ancient aqueduct system still feeds the historic watermill, part of Ibiza’s cultural heritage that has even appeared in a book. This unique feature gives the property a sense of living history rarely found on the island.
The finca is built across several levels connected by terraces and gardens, creating many different spaces to relax and explore.

Inside the original house you’ll find:

• Two bedrooms in the historic part of the finca
• Two reception rooms — a cosy TV lounge and a main living & dining area
• A charming traditional Ibizan kitchen, still featuring the original fireplace and dark Sabina beams from centuries of cooking over the hearth

The kitchen now combines this rustic character with modern appliances, so you enjoy both history and comfort.

The main bathroom opens onto the upper terrace, leading to the (third bedroom), with a beautiful Juliet balcony overlooking the pool.
From the terrace behind the 3rd bedroom, a small bridge leads to the rooftop chill-out area.

Here you’ll find breathtaking views across the surrounding valleys — perfect for sunset drinks or late-night stargazing.

There’s a swing that converts into a bed and a beautiful Romanesque daybed, making this one of the most magical spots in the house during warm summer nights.
The heart of daytime life is the pool area, designed for long, relaxed days in the sun.

Guest access
The villa is unique with several terraces and curious little spots to “get away” from your other holiday companions. Set in approximately 10,000m2 of land, gated but with electronic gates to allow cars access to parking, guests have access to all parts except the motor room where the pool and jacuzzi filtration system are housed. Take a walk around the grounds to discover walnut,almond , cherry, pear, orange, lemon, carob, limequat, pomegranate and other fruit trees as well as decorative trees in the mature gardens.
