Perfect : The accommodation is just as it looks in the photos – everything is clean, it’s in a great location, practically in the centre Marie was very friendly and always quick to answer our questions Just one suggestion: It would be nice to have some toiletries, such as hand soap, shower gel and shampoo

: Great location. The flat was brand new and very clean. I did miss a few little touches, such as shower gel and some cleaning supplies to help keep the flat tidy.

Apartamento nuevo pero no accesible para todo el mundo. Positive: Nuevo y limpio Negative Estuvimo

New flat but not accessible to everyone. New and clean We stayed for five days and there wasn’t even a broom to keep the flat clean. We asked for a small cleaning kit and were offered a paid cleaning service. There are lots of stairs, which is a problem for people with reduced mobility. You can’t get there by car, nor can you park nearby, and the parking options are very expensive. The key handover system is dangerous; they make you leave the keys inside the flat and slam the flat door shut. We then found that a neighbour had locked the building door. We couldn’t get out onto the street. And all communication with the property management is via WhatsApp.
