Self Check-In: This property features an autonomous digital check-in via a link sent upon booking. Once you have completed the required remote registration, you will receive digital keys and entry instructions. The procedure takes only 5 minutes.

The Living Area: The bright living room features a comfortable sofa bed ($196\text{cm} \times 131\text{cm}$ when open) and a refined dining area. A dedicated corner with a Smart TV ensures relaxing evenings.

The Kitchen: Fully equipped for all your needs, including a fridge, freezer, oven, induction hob, and a Nespresso coffee machine.

The Bedroom: A spacious room complete with a large double bed and a generous two-door wardrobe, offering plenty of storage for your belongings.

We provide a laundry kit (linens and towels) for the double bed and bathroom, along with a complimentary welcome kit per couple (shampoo, shower gel, and soap).Please Note: The laundry kit for the sofa bed is included only for stays of three or more people. If you are a party of two and wish to use the sofa bed, the kit is available for an extra charge of €18 to be requested at least one day before check-in.
