This lovely house is a two bed home which is really spacious and has everything you need to enjoy your stay in beautiful Harrogate!

It’s a five minute walk to The stray and a 15 minute walk into central Harrogate. Located on a quiet street just off Knaresborough Road.

5 minute walk to Harrogate Hospital.

Our beautiful property is newly renovated with a modern kitchen and bathroom.

It has a large garage outside so if you would like to store bikes or if you are a home mover this could be perfect for you!

Free and private parking 🅿️ or permit parking on the road for a second car.

I am an artist so all the work in the house is my own artwork! I hope you enjoy the art :)

There are two bedrooms with a double bed in each bed room.

A fully serviced kitchen.

A standalone bath and separate shower

We have an office area on the large spacious landing - this has a small single bed and a desk and chair. The single bed is used as a sofa in the day and a bed at night.

You can access all of the space - the property has a lockbox so you can easily check in and out!

Harrogate is a stunning spa town, it has an abundance of brilliant restaurants, the Harlow carr gardens, the Valley Gardens and Betty’s tea room to name of few of the amazing places to explore!

Harrogate is a 10 minute drive to Knaresborough which is a beautiful small market town. It is also half an hours drive to The historic city of York with its minster and the Shambles.

For business stays the train station and convention centre is a short walk away and the house is located close to corner shops, supermarkets and restaurants.

Soak up the atmosphere at Harrogate Turkish baths and have a right good pamper! Plenty of Yorkshire pubs on your doorstep to end a wonderful day with!
