The apartment features a fully equipped kitchen, a comfortable living area, and a modern bathroom with heated facilities, ensuring a relaxing and pleasant stay.
Located in a prime seaside setting, this beautifully presented first-floor apartment offers an ideal coastal retreat for families, groups, and longer stays, combining space, comfort, and breathtaking sea views throughout.
Spanning approximately 800 square feet, the apartment features three well-appointed bedrooms and two modern bathrooms, comfortably accommodating up to seven guests while allowing everyone to enjoy their own space.
The bright open-plan living area forms the heart of the home, seamlessly blending a comfortable lounge with a fully equipped kitchen and a spacious dining area, creating a warm and social environment perfect for relaxing, dining, and spending quality time together. The kitchen is thoughtfully fitted with all essential appliances including an oven, hob, microwave, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, and well-stocked kitchen drawers, making it easy to prepare everything from simple breakfasts to full family meals, while the generous dining area offers ample seating for shared meals and evening gatherings.
One of the apartment’s highlights is the private outdoor balcony, where guests can sit back and enjoy direct sea views, watch the waves, and soak in the calming coastal atmosphere, with the added convenience of easy beach access just moments away.
For a comfortable and hassle-free stay, the apartment is equipped with high-speed Wi-Fi, reliable electricity, a washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board, and all basic utilities required for both short and extended visits.
Free parking is available, making arrivals and departures stress-free, and pets are welcome for an additional fee, allowing guests to enjoy their seaside escape without leaving their furry companions behind.
Free street parking is available in the Western Esplanade and Ridgeway Cliff, less than 100 yards away.
- PLEASE DO NOT park your car on the narrow beach road called Spa Esplanade, as these are limited spaces reserved for full-time residents.
- Do not park in the private residents' bays behind Jarrahdale.
- To unload your car, you can enter the pub car Picket Fence and take the access road to the right of the car park to find the property.
This access is via the beach front. Please drive with caution. Turning is very difficult
.
If a guest has difficulty walking on uneven ground, there is an alternative access route available at Jarrahdale.
- From the Hampton car park, a road leads directly to the front of the property. At this entrance, marked by a thicket fence with the name “Jarrahdale”, there are only two steps and minimal uneven ground. Guests can walk. Up the steps to the first floor.

Cars can be driven up to the gate for drop-off only. Please note that turning space is limited, so cars must be parked elsewhere afterward. Access to the flat above is via stairs.
