LOCATION: At Caminho do Concelho Nº144D, Biscoitos.

About a 20-minute drive from Angra do Heroísmo and about 25 minutes from Praia da Vitória.



At Casa do Mirante, managed by Azores Touch, you will enjoy a cozy and enriching stay. About a 15-minute drive away, you will find the "Algar do Carvão" (volcanic cone). The Algar do Carvão is situated in the central area of Terceira Island at an approximate altitude of 550 meters. Previously part of a Geological Natural Reserve, it has recently been reclassified as a “Regional Natural Monument” due to its unique volcanic features and environmental importance. You can also witness sulfur pits and lava tubes (the "Gruta do Natal"). Additionally, you can learn about the vineyard culture and enjoy the tasty wines of the Biscoitos parish.



BASIC SUPPLIES AND ESSENTIALS: Fully equipped with olive oil, vinegar, salt, sugar, tea, coffee, paper towels, napkins, liquid hand soap, dishwashing soap, toilet paper, towels, sheets, shampoo, shower gel, detergent for the washing machine/dishwasher, pots/pans and other kitchen utensils, coffee machine and coffee capsules, toaster, microwave, first aid kit, some spices, etc.

Bring your own basic food items for meals in the apartment. However, you can add our breakfast service for an additional fee.



COMFORT AND PRIVACY: Although the entrance is not private, the area is very quiet.

Use the blackouts and blinds to block out sound and sunlight.



PARKING: Public parking in front of the house.



LAUNDRY: Avoid airline baggage fees and travel light by refreshing your clothes in the washing machine and drying rack (detergent at your disposal).



TOWELS AND BED LINEN: We will change them every 3 days.

Please schedule the most convenient day for maintenance at check-in.



CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT HOURS: In-person and flexible.

We live on a unique and welcoming island, so our team will meet guests in person during check-in and check-out.

Therefore, it is very important to inform us in advance about your desired check-in and check-out times.

Please let us know in advance of any special requests.



INTERNET / TV: Wireless internet access and a flat-screen TV in the living room.



CRIB: Please inform us in advance if a crib is needed.

Portable crib for children from 0 to 4 years old.
