2-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartment located in one of the best resorts in the Algarve. This resort features 6 pools, 4 tennis courts, a golf course, and bowling. Additionally, it offers a wellness center, a kids' club, a shopping area, and restaurants. An exclusive space equipped with all the amenities for a perfect holiday in Algarve.

The apartment is part of Balaia Golf Village. Here, you'll have access to 6 pools (one heated), tennis courts, golf and bowling, a wellness center, a kids' club, a shopping area, and restaurants.

The apartment features two bedrooms, both with two single beds and air conditioning. One of the bedrooms has an en-suite bathroom.
→ Bathrooms
The apartment has two bathrooms with a bathtub (one of them en-suite).
→ Living Room
The living room includes a flat-screen TV, a comfortable double sofa bed, air conditioning, a dining table, and access to a private balcony with a dining area.
→ Kitchen
The kitchen is fully equipped with a stove, oven, refrigerator, microwave, toaster, washing machine, kettle, and coffee machine (coffee not included).
→ Swimming Pools
The condominium has 6 pools: 5 outdoor pools and 1 indoor heated pool.
They are open all year from 9:00 AM to 8:00 PM.
However, please note that access to the indoor pool is restricted to guests over 3 years old and subject to an additional fee of €8 per day.
→ The property is 'Self-Catered.' Basic items are provided for your arrival, including toiletries, toilet paper, etc. These items are complimentary only - replacements or additional supplies are not included.
→ Bed Linen and Bath Towels are provided according to the number of confirmed guests in your reservation. For stays longer than 7 nights, an additional bed and bath kit will be provided free of charge at check-in.
→ The Cleaning Fee included in your reservation covers only the check-out cleaning. Extra cleanings or additional linen exchanges can be requested during your stay and are subject to an extra fee - these requests must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
→ Check-in time starts at 4:00 PM, and check-out must be completed by 10:00 AM.
→ The pool is operational; however, it may undergo maintenance without prior notice from the condominium.
→ In person assistance during the night, for reasons beyond the property's control ,will incur an extra cost of €25 from 10:00 PM and €50 from 12:00 AM.

- The Cleaning Fee covers the check-in/check-out cleaning only.
- For longer stays it's possible to arrange extra cleanings (with an additional cost).
- For stays longer than 7 nights, extra linen will be provided.
- The apartment is always cleaned by a professional cleaning service. If there's something that doesn't meet your standards, please contact us.
OTHER RULES.:
- Make sure you are up-to-date on travel restrictions/requirements. We may ask for additional documentation according to government guidelines.
- The silent period in Portugal is between 22h00 and 08h00, and night rest period must be respected. The apartment is in a residential area and you should be aware that social events and other activities that might disturb the neighbours are prohibited.
→ In person assistance, during the night, dueto issues beyond the control of the property will have an extra cost of €25 from 10:00 pm and €50 from 00:00 am.
- As a city in continuous modernization, renovation works may occur in the vicinity of the building without prior notice. We would also like to remind you that the property is located in a residential building, where conservation or renovation works may take place during your stay.
