The penthouse is located on the first floor of the villa complex and accessed via an impressive bridge entrance. Inside, you’ll find a comfortable living room with sofas that convert into two single beds, an audio system, TV, air conditioning, and Wi‑Fi.

The fully equipped kitchen includes a dishwasher and all essentials for in‑house dining.



Outdoor living:

Two private balconies with open sea views, accessible from both the living room and bedroom. Ideal for morning coffee or sunset relaxation overlooking the port of Skala.



Bedrooms & beds:



Bedroom 1: Double bed, sea view, air conditioning, hairdryer, direct balcony access.



Living area: Two sofa beds suitable for additional guests or children.

Climate Resilience Tax: €5 per villa per night, payable on arrival.
