🌴 The condo is surrounded by tropical gardens and includes access to a shared swimming pool, poolside BBQ, free private parking, and 24/7 security. A backup generator ensures comfort during your stay.

🧼 Regular cleaning and laundry service available for an additional fee.



⚠️ Electricity is not included. A $50 deposit is due at check-in. Usage is calculated at check-out at $0.36/kWh based on meter readings.
