The Space:

Welcome to our charming 2BR colonial penthouse, perfectly positioned above Playero Supermarket on Sosua’s vibrant strip. This spacious retreat offers everything within walking distance—a mere minute’s stroll to the pristine Sosua Beach and just steps away from an array of restaurants and bars.



Enjoy modern comforts like good WiFi and a reliable backup generator to keep your stay seamless. For your peace of mind, on-site security staff are always available, and they do not require local guest IDs for entry.



All bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning, the living room remains without. Additionally, electricity is not included in the stay, ensuring you have full control over your usage.

It's important to note that electricity is not included in the price. This means that you will be responsible for paying for your own electricity usage during your stay.



To determine the cost of your electricity usage, you will typically be given an initial credit upon arrival. You can then use electricity as needed, and the cost will be deducted from this credit. At the end of your stay, any remaining credit will be refunded to you.



It's a good idea to be mindful of your electricity usage during your stay to keep costs down. You can do this by turning off lights and appliances when they are not in use.





(18 RDS/kW or 0.36 USD/kW) When entering the property, we check the electricity meter with our guest. We do the same operation the last day to calculate the real consumption during their stay. The electricity has to be paid by the guest by cash or pay with the airbnb resolution at the ARRIVAL TIME.



THE DIFFERENCE NOT CONSUMED IS REFUNDED AT THE END OF YOUR STAY.





LATE NIGHT CHECK IN (11pm - 7am)



Late-Night Arrival Information: We understand that travel plans can vary, and we want to accommodate your needs even if you arrive in the wee hours of the night-morning. If you plan to arrive at 11:00PM or later, we offer two options for a smooth check-in experience:



***Trustworthy Taxi Service****

For your convenience and safety, we highly recommend booking our trustworthy taxi service, which will ensure a hassle-free journey to our property. Guests who book our taxi service will not be subject to the late check-in fee.



***Alternative Transportation***

If you've already arranged your transportation or have a rental car, you are welcome to proceed with your own plans. However, there is a late-night arrival fee of $40 for arrivals between 11:00PM and 7:00 AM. This fee helps cover the additional costs associated with late-night check-ins, including staff availability and security measures.
