2 The Lookout is a contemporary, ground-floor, two-bedroom apartment perfectly positioned just a short walk from Swanage town centre. The property has been recently renovated and has been furnished to an exceptional standard. The stylish apartment offers coastal living with partial sea views enjoyed from a generous double balcony stretching from the master bedroom to the living area.
The open-plan kitchen, living and dining space is ideal for relaxing with family and friends. The modern kitchen is fully equipped with quality BOSCH appliances, a feature island with breakfast bar seating, and feature overhead lighting. Soft, calming tones create a tranquil atmosphere, complemented by comfortable sofa seating and a Smart TV. Large double doors flood the room with natural light and open onto the balcony.
Across the hallway, the twin bedroom is thoughtfully decorated with tasteful artwork. Adjacent to this is the modern family bathroom, complete with a stylish freestanding bath. The master bedroom features a king-size bed, built-in storage, and patio doors that lead out to the balcony, where you can enjoy charming glimpses of the sea. An en-suite walk in shower room offers added privacy, making the apartment ideal for two couples.

Dining Area: Solid wood table with bench seating for four.

Coming into Swanage from the Wareham direction, go past the schools on your left hand side follow the road along keeping to the left on the bend. Carry on and go over the hump back bridge, keep on this road straight until you come to the traffic lights. Turn right at the traffic lights into Rempstone Road, at the mini roundabout go left (this enters you into the one way system) carry along follow the road round to the right (past Boots) at the fork in the road, take the left hand fork onto Lower High Street (towards the Pier, this now becomes two way traffic again). Just as you go left there is a turing on your right into Taunton Road, (this is between The Ship pub and Country Corner shop), go to the top of this road and turn right onto Grosvenor Road, a short distance along here the property is located on the left hand side, on the corner of Grosvenor Road and St Vasts Road. To find the key safe, go left onto St Vasts Road where you will see the entrance door to the building, opposite the door on the wall below the railings you will see key safes, you will need to use the one marked 2. In the key safe you will also find the fob for the underground parking.
The parking is located on the Grosvenor Road side of the building, you will see big wooden double gates under the building, use the fob to open the gate, as you go into the parking area the space for flat 2 is directly on your left in the corner. Please use the fob to close the gates behind you. PLEASE NOTE THERE IS A HEIGHT RESTRICTION FOR THE PARKING SO IF YOU HAVE A HIGHER VEHICLE PLEASE DO CHECK THE PHOTO WITH THE HEIGHT RESTRICTION ON IT TO WORK OUT IF YOUR VEHICLE WILL FIT. You can then go through the door in the parking area to access either the lift or the stairs up to Flat 2. Alternatively, you can park on Grosvenor Road as that is unallocated, unrestricted roadside parking. PLEASE ENSURE THAT THE PARKING AREA GATE FOB IS PUT BACK INTO THE KEY SAFE ON YOUR DEPARTURE.
