Kalisti is a serene sanctuary nestled near the vibrant center of Athens. Designed with a minimalist aesthetic, it consists of three levels: a ground floor with the main entrance, a basement with a private heated pool which has a video projector for home cinema and two jacuzzi seats, and a first floor with sauna. Fully equipped with everything you need for a comfortable and convenient stay, created to soothe your body and rejuvenate your spirit, offering the perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of daily life.

Warning: More than 4 persons are not allowed to enter the apartment (Sleeps 2 people).

The apartment consists of three floors.

You enter the apartment through the private security door located on the ground floor, with direct access from the street.
The ground floor consists of a living room with a large corner sofa, electric fireplace, 75-inch TV, and pool table. In the same area, there is a fully equipped kitchen with a dining area.

The basement is accessed via an internal staircase and consists of two areas.
The heated private pool with two jacuzzi seats, which has a video projector for home cinema, and a very large bathroom.

The first floor is also accessed via an internal staircase. Here you will find a spacious sauna, a bedroom with a large bed and wardrobe, a 45-inch TV, football table, exercise bike, and chess table.

Each of the two floors has its own separate air conditioning unit.
In addition to all of the above, the house is equipped with a washing machine, dryer, microwave, oven, induction cooktop, large refrigerator, safe – deposit box, and many other small appliances and amenities.
It has an alarm system that is only provided for long-term rentals.
It is a smart home, as almost everything can be operated via Wi-Fi and is connected to Google Home.
