This charming apartment with a balcony, decorated to provide comfort and make you feel at home, is the perfect starting point to explore one of Portugal's treasures, the Tróia peninsula.
Ideal for families, this apartment features a living room equipped with a comfortable sofa and TV, perfect for relaxing, and also features a bright dining area by the window that gives access to the balcony where you can also gather the family outdoors at the outdoor table.
The kitchen is fully equipped to prepare all daily meals. In addition to basic dishes and utensils, the kitchen features a kettle, coffee machine, microwave, oven, stove hob, fridge, and dishwasher to help you in your daily life.
The sleeping area consists of two harmoniously decorated bedrooms. One of the bedrooms has a double bed and the second bedroom has a bunk bed, ideal for children or friends.
All beds come with quality linens to ensure maximum comfort.
The bathroom features all amenities, including a shower, towels, and toiletries for your convenience. There is also a washing machine located in the apartment's pantry.
The space is always professionally cleaned.

Located in the prestigious area next to Marina de Tróia, this accommodation is situated on a paradisiacal peninsula where the Sado River meets the Atlantic Ocean. The neighbourhood is marked by an exclusive and sophisticated energy, perfect for those who appreciate the nautical lifestyle. Here, the day can start with a stroll along the wooden walkway over the dunes and end with dinner at one of the Marina's restaurants or a night of fun at the emblematic Casino de Tróia. The area is a natural sanctuary, with frequent sightings of the famous bottlenose dolphins in the estuary, and offers immediate access to white sand beaches and crystal-clear waters.
Historical and cultural richness is surprisingly close. Just minutes away, you will find the Roman Ruins of Tróia, a world-class archaeological complex that was once the largest fish-salting production centre in the Roman Empire. For sports lovers, Troia Golf, considered one of the best courses in Europe, is magnificently designed along the coast, offering challenges with breathtaking views.
The location is also a strategic starting point for exploring the region. Via the catamarans and ferries at the Marina, you can cross the river in just 15 minutes to the city of Setúbal, where you can explore the vibrant Mercado do Livramento (one of the best in the world), taste the famous fried cuttlefish (choco frito), and visit the historic centre. Driving south, you quickly enter the boho-chic rhythm of Comporta and Carvalhal, or you can visit the historic city of Alcácer do Sal, with its medieval castle, completing an experience that combines luxury, beach, and heritage.

The nearest marina, Atlantic Ferries - Tróia Norte (Marina de Troia), is just a 7-minute walk.
Humberto Delgado Airport is a 90-minute drive from the property.
This is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before enter into the property. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation.
Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal.
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.
Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.
For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.
Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
