The Silverwood Loft offers a bright and spacious open-plan bedroom and living area, designed for comfort and relaxation. Large windows bring in plenty of natural light and offer peaceful views of the surrounding Shropshire countryside.
A compact kitchenette includes all essentials for both short visits and longer stays, while the modern bathroom features quality fittings and a clean, stylish finish. A dedicated workspace makes this loft ideal for remote workers or professionals on assignment.
Unwind with the Smart TV offering Netflix, Prime, Disney+ and more, or enjoy fast Wi-Fi throughout the space.

Ideally positioned for Telford, Newport, Shrewsbury, Stafford, and quick access to the M54. Close to supermarkets, pubs, village shops, walking routes, and excellent transport links.
Guests have private access to the self-contained loft annexe, including the open-plan bedroom/living area, kitchenette, bathroom, dedicated workspace, and parking area.
Some outside areas may be shared with main house guests unless you have booked the “Silverwood Whole House” option.
The property is divided into the Main House and the Loft, which may be occupied by separate bookings. While both areas are private and self-contained, some external spaces such as the driveway and garden may be shared. You may see or hear other guests during your stay. If you prefer exclusive use, please book the “Silverwood Whole House” option.
• Parties are strictly prohibited, and an extra charge will apply should any house rules be broken.
• Smoking, vaping and taking any illegal substances in or around the property is strictly prohibited and a charge of up to £500 may be applied.
• No unregistered guests allowed
• Quiet hours within 11pm and 7am, and noise must be kept to a minimum, including TV volume
• Please make sure to lock the doors and windows
• Please respect check-in and check-out times. Standard check-in time is 4pm onwards, and check-out time is before 10am.
• A charge will be applied for late checkout if there is no previous agreement.
• Please take extra care of your keys. Lost keys will incur a minimum charge of £100, and a £50 call-out fee will be charged if you are locked out of the property.
• Please use indoor shoes/slippers, if possible
• If anything breaks, please do let us know so that this can be replaced.

Consumables
We provide complimentary tea and coffee, as well as shampoo, shower gel and soap. Other items provided during your stay are a washing-up pack, toilet roll and kitchen roll. These should last a couple of days. If more is needed, there is a shop and 24 hour garage a few minutes walk away.
IMPORTANT: On behalf of our host at Pass the Keys, we require guest verification facilitated by Truvi (Previously called Superhog). Upon confirming your booking, Truvi will contact the lead booker via a secure link, providing detailed instructions for the verification process.
The online verification requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay.
Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.
