Hi and welcome to my apartment which is located near Manchester City Centre this apartment boasts space, comfort and convenience.

The apartment is spacious with a stylish aura with a warming comfortable atmosphere and I hope this causes a great homely ambience. The interior is a combination of modern and traditional which I hope will make you feel at home .

We have two bedrooms. Bedroom one has an ensuite and shower facilities. The second bedroom is located next to the main bathroom which has shower and bath facilities.

The apartment block is accessed via an electronic fob which is provided and the apartment has a secure electronic lock with personal log in number.

The whole apartment and apartment block is wheelchair friendly with sufficiently sized regulation doors and the apartment block has a generous sized lift.

The main living quarters of the apartment are open plan with kitchen/dining area/living area all conjoining which gives a chilled family/social atmosphere.
The apartment has great cooking and dining facilities including a fridge/freezer, oven, microwave, kettle, toaster and dishwasher, matching plates/cutlery, coffee making machine and plenty of kitchen storage as well as iron/ironing board and Sky TV + Netflix.

We have a small south facing veranda which is also has a couple of plants and shrubs to mimic a garden and also providing comfortable garden furniture to sit on and enjoy sunset views as well as great views of the Manchester skyline to your right as the City Centre begins just a mile away.
