After booking confirmation, please provide soft copies of your passport prior check-in date.

* Check-out *
Standard check-out time is no later than 11:00 AM.
If guests delay the cleaners from beginning their cleaning at the predetermined check-out time, guests will be charged AED 150 per hour applies from 11am up until 1 pm, after 1 pm guests will be charged AED 1000 for the late check-out and cleaning delay.

* Property Access Cards *
Please return the parking and gym access cards in good condition upon your check out. Replacement of lost cards will be charged at a rate of AED 500 per card.

* NO SMOKING INSIDE *
Please refrain from smoking inside the home Any smoking evidence will result in a fee of AED 3500 to AED 5000 for Odor removal, Duct Cleaning, and furniture cleaning.

* Maximum Capacity*
This property has a maximum occupancy limit of 8 guests total, strictly limited to 6 adults and 2 children under the age of 14.

* Cleaning Fees *
The cleaning fee covers cleaning upon check-out only.
