There is an optional king-sized sofa-bed in the lounge.

The whole guest wing is available for you to use, as well as a patio area and outside dining table for 8.

We aim to check you in in-person if we are not otherwise busy working on the farmhouse, horses or farm. We are happy to answer any questions you may have about the house or area, and will do our best to give you a comfortable stay.

We live in the main wing of the house and as the main guest parking area is close to our stables and tack room entrance, we are likely to cross paths outside and are happy to have a quick chat, otherwise we leave you to enjoy the guesthouse yourselves.

Thanks to our location within a private estate on the edge of Cirencester, we have all the benefits of being close to `the capital of the Cotswolds` whilst still remaining a remarkably peaceful place to be.

We are only a few minutes drive from the local shops, pubs, businesses and wedding venues of Cirencester and the wider Cotswolds and we benefit from direct trains from London. We have plenty of secure parking and easy access to the main road network including the A419, A40, M4 and M5.

Access is via a private tree-lined driveway and electric gate with keycode.

The property has horses near by and we have a cat in the main house.

The guest parking area is close to our stables and horse riding arena.

The stairs in the house are a bit steep and not suitable for those with mobility issues when climbing stairs.

The fields generally have wheat, barley, grass and potatoes (they do not have cattle or sheep).

There are plenty of public footpaths near by and it is possible to use these to walk to Cirencester.

World-class Polo available at Cirencester Park Polo Club, 10 minutes drive away.

Our closest town is Cirencester, 5 minutes drive to the town center - it is known as the `Capital of the Cotswolds`

The Cotswold Water Park is 10 minutes drive away.

Please do your best to let us know your arrival time - do not arrive before 3pm unless agreed in advance as we schedule the exercising of our horses around arrival times. We kindly ask that guests do not feed or engage with the horses, or enter into their stables, arenas or paddocks. We are sometimes able to give a tour of the equestrian facilities - please enquire in advance.

No dogs or other pets allowed, please do not feed our cat. No parties unless pre-arranged.
