Very roomy 142.00m2 (1530sqft) apartment home for up to 8 with marina views in the brand new Adega complex with resort-style amenities close to the heart of historic Lagos.
This elegant new apartment features great marina and pool views from every room in this spacious home, allowing tons of natural light throughout the day. All rooms are equipped with electric room-darkening shades, and each room has its own individually climate-controlled central air-conditioning and heating settings (the HVAC is not shared with other units) and each room features individually controlled under-floor heating to keep your toes ultra-comfortable.
3 full-sized bedrooms are each fitted with a built-in integrated sound system, and built-in wardrobes with ample hanging space and drawers for storage. Two bedrooms have king sized beds featuring the famous Westin Heavenly Bed mattresses with plush pillow-top for premium comfort, support, and restorative sleep to get you ready for the day ahead. The master bedroom has direct access to the main terrace. The third bedroom features 2 supportive, layered memory foam single beds that help relieve pressure for a relaxing sleep. Both the guest king and twin bedrooms provide pool views and direct terrace access.
2 full bathrooms feature high-end fixtures with beautiful, textured marble tiles throughout and plenty of storage space for all of your bathroom items. Your primary bathroom is privately ensuite with a jacuzzi bath/shower combo and bidet. The family bathroom is fitted with a glass shower and ample space for getting ready. Each bathroom is fitted with a hairdryer.
The open-concept kitchen-dining-living space features expansive floor-to-ceiling window views of the marina and Lagos, and direct access to the main terrace providing a large dining table and chairs for 8 people providing al-fresco dining with a view of Lagos Marina.
The ultra-modern kitchen, with beautiful granite countertops and tile backsplash, is fully equipped with Bosch appliances. The large center island features a full-size induction cooktop, and all the pots, pans and cooking supplies needed for your gourmet chef needs. Other Bosch appliances included are a full-size microwave, full-size refrigerator and freezer, and full-size dishwasher. And there are dishes, glasses, and utensils for at least 8 people. Additionally, there is a Bosch washing machine convenient for extended stays to do your own laundry inside your apartment.
The living room décor is designed to make you feel at home with a 65” LED Smart TV, comfortable chairs, and couch with chaise lounge. The sofa also extends out into a sofa-bed (with bedding provided on request for up to 2 children).
