Outdoor living: Sea‑view veranda on the ground floor. Two upper verandas with panoramic bay views; one features a private outdoor jacuzzi. Seating areas for relaxing outdoors.Bedrooms & beds:

Bedroom 2 (ground floor): Double bedroom, A/C, storage.



Bedroom 3 (upper level): Double bedroom, A/C, access to sea‑view verandas.



Extra sleeping: Sofa bed available for additional guests (suitable for one older child or adult).

Bathrooms: 2 total. One bathroom on the ground floor with shower. One bathroom on the upper level with shower. Bath amenities, bathrobes, slippers, hairdryers.

Family notes: Baby cot/crib available on request. One child under 5 stays free in a cot. Children 6–12 stay free using existing beds.

Accessibility: Villa is split‑level and connected by a wooden staircase; not fully step‑free.



Guest Access:

Guests have exclusive use of the entire villa and its private outdoor jacuzzi. Access to shared resort facilities, including swimming pools, children’s pool, sunbeds, and common services.

Getting Around:

Car recommended for exploring the island. Parking available on site. Airport/port transfers and car or motorbike rental available on request.

Climate Resilience Tax (summer): €2 per villa per night, collected on arrival.



Breakfast is included daily.



Quiet enjoyment is appreciated; parties or events only with prior approval.
