This villa features a master double bedroom with en-suite bathroom and a twin bedroom also with en-suite. The comfortable living room opens onto a paved terrace with a private infinity pool, perfect for relaxing while watching the harbour and peninsula fortress beyond. A fully equipped kitchen completes the accommodation. The villa combines contemporary amenities with traditional village character and spectacular sunset views.

Guest Access:

Guests have full access to the villa, terraces, infinity pool, and all indoor spaces. Parking is available in a nearby car park, and access to the villa is via steps. Please note this may not be suitable for guests with mobility difficulties.



The Neighborhood:

Assos is a charming traditional Ionian fishing village, with a shaded plateia, waterfront tavernas, a crescent-shaped beach, and small local shops just minutes’ walk from the villa. Explore ancient Venetian trails leading to panoramic viewpoints and the surrounding cliffs.



Getting Around:

Walking is easy within Assos village. Car hire is recommended for exploring Kefalonia’s beaches, towns, and countryside. Kefalonia airport is approximately 40–50 minutes’ drive.
