Our 3rd floor view is stunning. The white sand and palm trees against a canvas of the emerald blue green Gulf will take your blood pressure to new lows.

Back to comfort; Restoration Hardware designers put it all together with their showcase sectional, "The Cloud". The most comfortable couch in the world. We can vouch for the rumors - twenty minutes turns into two hours. You will be on beach time ASAP.
The newly furnished living room has a 55" 4k Ultra HDTV outfitted with Netflix.

The King and Queen size beds are new Beauty Rest Heavenly beds. The Master bedroom has 16 ft. of floor to ceiling windows - the largest window space of any floor plan. For late sleepers, the windows are outfitted with blackout curtains. The Master Bedroom features a King size bed, 42” HDTV with cable. Master bath featuring a walk in shower, large garden tub, and double sinks.

The kitchen is Triathlete ready with a Vitamix 750 blender. Healthy smoothies are a snap! All new stainless steel appliances installed March 2018.

The Second Bedroom features a new Queen size bed, 46” HDTV with cable, large 6 drawer dresser and closet.

The patio is large and the Restoration Hardware cushioned chairs are very comfortable. When you are on the patio, you feel like part of the action because you are so close to the beach. Morning coffee typically runs into lunch.

Laundry room has a new washer and dryer 2023.

Covered Parking is super convenient. You can park very close to the building elevators. There are valet carts downstairs to transfer your bags to the condo front door. The carts do not enter into the condo.
