The ground floor provides ample entertaining space, with a fully equipped kitchen/diner, a cosy living area and a downstairs toilet for added convenience.

There is no parking immediately in front of the house, but drop off and loading is allowed. The on road
parking in the immediate area is restricted to resident permits during the day, but can be used overnight
from 8pm to 9am. Free parking is within a 10-15 minute walk and/or the multi-storey payable car park is also close by.
