Just a few steps from the center and the charming lakeside promenade of Ascona, FLORIDA ASCONA Room 12 welcomes guests into a refined and comfortable setting, ideal for discovering the beauty of Ticino and Northern Italy. The room, spacious and bright, is furnished in a contemporary style with clean lines and carefully selected details. The comfortable double bed, flanked by two bedside tables with warm, soft lighting, invites you to relax after a day of exploring. A large wardrobe provides ample space for your belongings, while the practical desk with armchair is perfect for working, reading, or simply unwinding. The wall decorations, including small pictures and straw ornaments, add character and create a cozy, harmonious atmosphere.

A large glass door opens onto a private balcony, a peaceful spot to enjoy fresh air and the quiet atmosphere of Ascona.

Quality bedding, towels and a courtesy kit are provided. We also leave a gift basket with some necessary items for your first breakfast.

The room includes a private outdoor parking space within the condominium area.

The property is located in a central, well-served area of Ascona, close to bars, restaurants, supermarkets, petrol stations, and the Manor shopping center. The picturesque lakeside promenade of Ascona, with its boutiques, open-air cafés, and stunning views over Lake Maggiore, is within easy walking distance and perfect for a relaxing stroll at sunset. A short drive away lies Locarno, home to the famous Piazza Grande, venue of the renowned Locarno Film Festival, and the Locarno-Muralto lakeside promenade, lined with shops, restaurants, and green spaces. From the Locarno marina, boats depart for the main towns around Lake Maggiore, offering wonderful scenic cruises. In about 20 minutes you can reach the enchanting Val Verzasca, famous for its impressive dam and trails that pass through stone villages and crystal-clear waters. The lively city of Lugano is about 45 minutes away by car, perfect for a day trip of culture, shopping, and breathtaking views.

How to get there:

By car: from the A2 motorway, take exit 47-Bellinzona Sud and follow the signs for Locarno. Using GPS, you will reach the apartment in about 30 minutes.

By train: from Locarno station, take bus No. 7 towards “Losone, Zandone” and get off at the stop “Losone, Ponte Maggia” (9 stops, about 10 minutes). The property is about 300 meters from the stop.
