With its polished wood floors, exposed beams and subtly French-inflected décor, Villa Meli has a cosy yet airy feel that suits its honeyed name. The double-height living space and ground-floor master bedroom open onto generous terraces, while the upstairs twin enjoys lovely sea views through a large porthole window. Outside, the villa offers an abundance of sunny and shaded spots for relaxing or dining, and the pool area provides ample room for both unwinding and play. From this elevated position, the turquoise coves of Climati and Kremidi are close by, along with the sulphur beaches at Xigia and the family-friendly sands of Alykes a short drive to the south.

Dining options abound, from traditional tavernas in nearby Agios Nikolaos to contemporary waterfront restaurants along the coast road. A cluster of tavernas near Makris Gialos is even closer, reachable on foot or in minutes by car. Villa Meli is also perfectly placed for exploring Zakynthos’s most photogenic highlights, including the Blue Caves and Navagio beach. One of three detached villas designed with privacy in mind, Meli sits at the highest point above sister properties Levandi and Yasmi and shares a few communal features such as a boules alley and large sun terrace, making the trio a wonderful option for larger gatherings.



This 2-bedroom villa (sleeps 2–4) features an open-plan kitchen, living, and dining area on the ground floor with sliding doors to the terrace. The compact country-style kitchen includes a full cooker, microwave, fridge-freezer, and dishwasher. The master double bedroom (160cm bed) has an en-suite shower room with WC and opens onto a terrace with sea and garden views. Upstairs, a twin bedroom with a sloping ceiling and large porthole window is served by a separate shower room with WC.
