It is an idyllic setting for peaceful days, alfresco meals and long, unhurried moments watching the shifting colours of the water.

Frikes lies just a short stroll away along the headland, offering excellent tavernas, cafés and a well-stocked mini-market, while Kioni’s pretty harbour is an easy drive for a change of scene. Yet it is the sea itself that provides the villa’s greatest allure, with the gentle sound of waves drifting up from below and the cove only a few minutes’ walk away. Perfect for swimming and snorkelling, it invites early-morning dips and lazy afternoons in Ithaca’s wonderfully clear, mythical waters.



This single-storey 2-bedroom house (sleeps 2–4) features an open-plan living, dining, and kitchen area with a TV offering English-speaking news channels. The kitchen includes an oven, hob, microwave, and fridge-freezer. The double bedroom (160cm x 200cm bed) and the twin bedroom (100cm x 200cm beds) each have their own en-suite shower rooms, providing a comfortable and convenient layout for couples or small families.
