Designed for groups and multi-generation stays, the property includes a charming guest cottage and, during the main summer season, an additional apartment below the main villa.

Just a 25-minute stroll or a short drive from Gaios, Villa Flora offers easy access to the island’s shops, cafés and waterfront tavernas. For larger gatherings, it can also be rented alongside The Stone House and The Artist’s House, creating a private cluster of elegant villas perfect for extended families or friends holidaying together.

Villa Flora is available as a 4-bedroom property sleeping up to 8 during the main summer season, from early June to early September, and as a 3 bedroom property sleeping up to 6 for all other dates.



Villa Flora offers flexibility with either a 4-bedroom layout (sleeps 2–8) available from 8 June to 7 September 2025 or a 3-bedroom layout (sleeps 2–6) for all other dates. Due to the number of steps, it is unsuitable for guests with reduced mobility. The main house first floor features an open-plan living, dining, and kitchen area with TV (for DVD use only), DVD/CD players, and doors opening onto a shaded terrace and the pool terrace. The kitchen includes a full cooker, microwave, fridge-freezer, and dishwasher. There is a double bedroom (150cm x 195cm bed) with en-suite shower room, a twin bedroom (90cm x 195cm beds), and a separate shower room. The adjacent studio cottage has a small double bedroom (150cm x 190cm bed), shower room, and French doors leading to the pool terrace. From 8 June to 7 September 2025, an additional self-contained apartment is available, accessed externally, with an open-plan living and kitchen area (cooker, fridge), a double bedroom (140cm x 190cm bed), shower room, and washing machine.
