The ground floor hosts a double bedroom with wall-mounted TV and electric fire, and a bathroom with bath, shower over, basin, and WC. Outside, there is off-road parking for one car. One well-behaved pet welcome, but sorry, no smoking. Shop 1.3 miles, pub 1.2 miles. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen, and towels are all included in the price. The Gardeners Cottage is a lovely base for exploring Lancashire Note: This property has a good house keeping bond of 150GBP.. Note: Grounds open to the public 9am–5pm; entry after hours via fob key.
