Upstairs via the steep cottage staircase, is a twin bedroom with zip-and-link beds (convertible to a king-size on request) and views out to sea. A family shower room is also on this floor. Moving up to the top floor, you''ll find another light-filled room with a king-size bed and a concealed wardrobe, again boasting far-reaching sea views. While there is no outside space, the sandy beach is less than 100 metres from your front door.

Looe''s charming cobbled streets are home to a delightful array of independent shops, boutiques, and eateries, all leading to the bustling quayside where the fishing industry thrives year-round. From West Looe, embark on a scenic 5.5-mile walk along the South West Coast Path to the picturesque village of Polperro, once notorious for smuggling. Along the way, explore the two beaches and numerous rock pools of Talland Bay at low tide. East Looe''s main beach, with its gentle slopes, is a favourite spot for sunseekers, while nature lovers can learn about the marine nature reserve of St George''s Island on a Cornwall Wildlife Trust boat trip or visit the Wild Futures Monkey Sanctuary, 4.5 miles from home.
