Spend time at Abersoch main beach ( 1.6 miles) known for its golden sands and water sports activities such as paddle boarding, kayaking and sailing. Or simple relax, sunbathe, or take a dip in the clear waters. Golf enthusiasts can tee off at Abersoch golf club ( 1.8 miles) offering stunning views of the coastline and country side.
From the back of the property, head up to small steps to the rear garden of this charming cottage. Upon entering, you're immediately enveloped by a warm and inviting atmosphere. The kitchen, with its exposed and rugged stone walls, radiates a sense of history and authenticity. The kitchen is spacious and well-equipped so there’s plenty of room for everyone to lend a hand when it comes to preparing meals, as well as a dining table and chairs to seat six guests. Step down and you will find a spacious living area with a welcoming atmosphere, perfect for relaxation and socializing, the focal point of the room is a traditional wood burner, lovingly restored, where guests can gather around on cooler evenings. Upstairs, there are three well-appointed bedrooms. The triple room with a double bed and single bed has dual aspect windows with views to the front and rear of the house. The second bedroom is equally as charming and has a double bed. Step up to the lovely spacious master bedroom which has a double bed and two front facing windows with views of the village. A family bathroom with a modern suite with corner bath and separate shower cubicle completes the first floor. Outside, the cottage features a raised gravelled garden and stone patio with alpines and shrubs.
Outdoor dining furniture perfect to enjoy a family meal or simply relax with your morning coffee whilst enjoying the views across the open countryside towards Rhiw Mountain. There is also a summer house that provides dry storage space for bikes, boards, beach or other water sports equipment. The utility room is also located here with washing machine, fridge, freezer, dishwasher and WC.
