Cleverly designed with a generous L-shaped living space on the first floor, this stylish holiday cottage takes full advantage of the incredible surrounding landscape with panoramic views of Abersoch, St Tudwal's island, Llanbedrog's headland and scenic the Llyn Peninsula backed by Snowdonia's iconic mountain range. The bright, open plan design of the living area creates a great social space for friends and family, and the contemporary beach house vibe makes you feel instantly relaxed. The first floor is complete with a fully fitted kitchen that's been well equipped with modern appliances, a spacious dining area with bench seating and a king bedroom with enviable views and en suite shower room. Leading off from the dining area is a wonderful private balcony area featuring glass balustrades and a large corner sofa allowing you to fully absorb the spectacular sights across both coast and countryside. What better way to spend your evenings than lounging on the balcony enjoying a cool glass of Pimms, using freshly picked mint from the enclosed rear garden while watching the sun set across the beautiful landscape. Downstairs you'll find 3 further bedrooms (1 with flexible sleeping options), a family bathroom and additional shower room that leads out to the sunny south-facing garden - very convenient for rinsing wetsuits and beach equipment under the outside tap before enjoying a warm shower indoors. Games den accessed from garden patio with pool, table tennis, darts etc.


If you can tear yourself away from the stunning scenery, Abersoch's vibrant town centre and wide sandy beaches lined with picturesque beach huts are just a short 10-minute walk from Morlun. There's a wonderful selection of local amenities and activities including boutique shops, local restaurants, and pubs, an 18-hole seafront golf course, regular boat trips out to sea and everything from windsurfing, sailing, paddle-boarding, and kayaking. The Llyn Coastal Path runs through Abersoch, offering scenic clifftop walks over to Llanbedrog and Pwllheli in one direction and across to Porth Ceiriad beach in the other. On days where you might fancy a drive around the Llyn Peninsula, nearby attractions include Plas yn Rhiw and Oriel Plas Glyn y Weddw Gallery in Llanbedrog, Glasfryn Parc and Funland Pwllheli. For some the thrill-seekers amongst you, take a trip to one of the various Zip World adventure sites located in Eryri - Snowdonia National Park -think zip-lining over abandoned quarries, bouncing through a disused mine and discovering new heights along a tree-top course!
