Kitchen has a tiled floor, modern fitted units, a quirky table with chairs - and is well equipped providing an electric oven and gas hob, microwave,dishwasher, fridge with small freezer compartment and a washer/dryer. Glazed french doors leading to the garden.


Bathroom tiled floor, gorgeous retro patterned wall tiles with shower over the bath, washbasin and w.c.

First Floor:

Bedroom 1 with a double bed, pine bedside cabinets, wardrobe and dressing table. En-suite toilet with pedestal basin with mirror over and views over the rear garden to the summer house

Garden: Small garden to the front and lawned garden to the rear with summer house, garden furniture and barbecue.

Notes: Dogs welcome. Wi-Fi, If the cot is required it will be set up in the twin room where there is more space.
