Italian by birth, my life unfolds between Italy and Greece, where summer has always felt at home.

My background is in food, hospitality, and storytelling — fields where care, rhythm, and attention to detail matter deeply. I studied visual arts and photography, honing my skills across different cultures and places, from rural France to Kenya, Belgium, and the UK— experiences that shaped how I think about space, food, and the quiet art of making people feel welcome.

Mèlisses came about quite naturally. It grew from a desire to create a place that feels both thoughtful and lived-in. Not a hotel in the conventional sense, but a retreat shaped by good food, calm spaces, and a sense of ease — somewhere guests can arrive and immediately feel at home.

Everything here reflects that approach: simplicity, generosity, and a respect for place. Mèlisses is, above all, an extension of how I believe hospitality should feel — personal, grounded, and quietly memorable.
