Argraig is a six bedroom, four bathroom beautiful detached Victorian house located in the centre of Abersoch village, newly furnished throughout to a very high standard and with the benefit of a elevated sun terrace surrounded by olive trees, and separate BBQ terrace. This stunning property is spacious and elegant, set over 3 floors and is in the heart of Abersoch and only a couple of minutes' walk to Abersochs beaches. The house has two separate lounges, a fabulous large kitchen with dining area for 12 and a snug playroom with TV, DVD player and plenty of board games to keep the whole family entertained. Outside there is a large enclosed courtyard with ample parking and the added benefit of an EV charger. Argraig has it all and even enjoys lovely views across Abersoch Estuary and Harbour.


Within close, walking distance to all of the amenities in Abersoch, from local independent shops in the village, to places to eat and pubs such as; The Lobster Pot, Crust, Zinc, St Tudwals Inn, Vaynol and many more. With so much to see and do in Abersoch, you won't have to go far! From the property you can reach the Wales Coastal Path for stunning walks and cycles and several more activities such as water sports including surfing, sailing, coasteering and paddle boarding and local golf courses including Abersoch Golf Club within close proximity.
