Entering this characterful cottage, the inviting open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner has a vaulted ceiling with plenty of natural light streaming in. The cheery lounge has a TV and comfortable seating, with a delightful dining table to one side and a stylishly equipped kitchen area to the rear. When it’s time to turn in for the night, head through to the beautiful bedroom with a sumptuous king-size bed, a high-vaulted and beamed ceiling, and a picture window offering tranquil views. The accommodation is rounded off with a refreshing shower room. Outside, a private patio offers a peaceful spot for a morning coffee or a tipple in the evening. Further seating areas can be found on the shared lawns, offering glorious surrounding views. There’s also a shared games room, and private parking available for one car.

With Launceston to the south (11 miles) and Bude to the north (8 miles), this is an ideal base for discovering the countryside and northern coast of Cornwall. As well as Bude, there are glorious beaches at Crackington Haven and Widemouth Bay (both within 13 miles), while walkers can head south and inland to Bodmin Moor (14 miles). Other notable attractions and landmarks include Roadford Lake, Penhallam Manor and the Museum of Witchcraft and Magic, all within 17 miles.
