The villa extends over 95 m² and features a bright open-plan living area with a smart TV and a fully equipped kitchen complete with a dishwasher, oven, stovetop, coffee machine and all essential cookware, while large glass doors lead to a furnished terrace overlooking the private pool and landscaped garden.



Outdoor living is central to the experience, with a dedicated dining area, coal barbecue and generous seating for warm evenings spent under the Rhodes sky. The private pool is surrounded by sun loungers and umbrellas, offering a tranquil space to unwind with views across the garden, while the balcony and patio areas provide additional quiet corners for morning coffee or late-evening relaxation.



Practical comforts include a washing machine, safety deposit box, mosquito nets, soundproofing, ironing facilities and single-unit air conditioning, ensuring a smooth and restful stay. Free public parking is available nearby without reservation, and WiFi is provided throughout the property at no extra charge. The villa observes a minimum check-in age of twenty-five, and quiet hours between 23:00 and 07:00 maintain a calm atmosphere across the complex.



Families are welcome, with cots available upon request at no extra cost for children up to three years old, subject to availability. No extra beds can be provided, and smoking, pets and parties are not permitted. Additional services such as airport transfers, car hire and shuttle arrangements may be organised for an extra fee, and the villa does not include on-site staff.



A mandatory damage deposit of EUR 300 is collected on arrival and refunded within seven days of check-out, subject to inspection.
