From the tiered garden that leads down to the water’s edge, you can relax on the patio or lawned area and take in views of the heritage steam train chugging past in the summer months, travelling between Whitby and Pickering across the moors. The river itself is a favourite spot for paddleboarders and rowers, with boat, kayak, and SUP hire available in the neighbouring village, perfect for guests wanting to get out on the water.
Inside, the stone-flagged ground floor boasts a spacious, open-plan living area designed for both style and comfort. Concertina glass doors open directly into the enclosed garden, allowing you to blend indoor and outdoor living seamlessly on sunny days.
