Its location is ideal to enjoy the Mediterranean atmosphere, walk along the promenade, explore the historic center or take part in various activities such as water sports, coastal trails, local gastronomy, cultural visits, and more.



The accommodation features a bright living-dining room with direct access to the terrace, ideal for relaxing, reading, enjoying the great weather, or sharing meals and moments outdoors with family or friends.



It has three bedrooms with double beds, offering a very comfortable layout for families or groups. One of them is a suite with a private bathroom, and there is an additional bathroom with a shower, providing greater comfort and privacy during the stay.



The home includes a fully equipped independent kitchen, perfect for preparing breakfasts, lunches or dinners with everything needed, offering convenience and functionality.



Around the building you will find public areas such as parks and pedestrian spaces, ideal for enjoying the local environment, playing with children, or relaxing outdoors.



A total of 6 people can stay in the apartment, distributed among three double beds.



One pet is allowed, with a maximum weight of 10 kg.



Check-in: from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., Monday to Saturday. For arrivals on Sundays or public holidays, please contact the agency. Key collection will take place at the agency. A security deposit of €300 will be required on arrival by card and will be refunded within the next 7 days after departure. Bed linen is included in the final cleaning fee.



Mandatory services: tourist tax (guests over 16 years old). Towels: €11.90 per booking, including one bath towel per guest, one hand towel and one bath mat for each bathroom. Final cleaning (cost depends on the accommodation).
