Tucked away in the North Wales seaside town of Rhyl, this pleasant home has a fantastic outside space comprising of an enclosed, private garden, undercover dining area, and a bubbling hot tub. An ideal retreat for family groups of six looking for a coastal break.
Set over a single level, this is a super stylish home bursting with contemporary furnishings and décor. From the hallway, head into the living area which is open to the kitchen/diner but cleverly designed to feel like a separate space, ideal for relaxing of an evening on the sofas in front of the TV. Dine at the table situated in front of the patio doors so you can eat while the breeze rolls in. The practical kitchen has plenty of storage and surface space. Back down the hallway are the three bedrooms, two are double, while the third is a bunk bedroom, perfect for the children of the group. Completing the interior is a family bathroom with a shower over the bath. Outside, enjoy the spectacular wraparound garden. There is a large lawn space where you can play around, and a patio area which is the perfect spot for al fresco dinners. To the side is the tempting hot tub, alongside a covered seating area, great for soaking away the days. Private parking for one car is provided.
Rhyl is a bustling seaside town which is a popular spot for tourists. The fabulous promenade and beach (1.5 miles) stretches for 2 miles and has calm waters, perfect for paddling and sunbathing. Enjoy a bite to eat in one of the towns many pubs and restaurants after a fun beach day. If you prefer a long walk and stunning vistas, visit the Clwydian Range and Dee Valley National Park (20 miles).
