Upstairs, you’ll find a family bathroom and four welcoming bedrooms comprised of a king-size with en-suite shower room, a second king-size, an enchanting twin room and a children’s bunk room (with restricted headroom on the top bunk). Outdoors, savour al fresco dining on the decked area or enjoy a spot of stargazing. - The farm track is steep and bumpy but perfectly passable for regular family hatchbacks and estates as well as SUVs, even in the rain (may even experience a couple of wheel spins in the rain)

- Extensive grounds with sundeck, garden furniture, fire pit and charcoal pizza oven, plus access to mountain trails and views over Bala lake

- Please ensure dogs are kept on the leash as surrounded by working farms

- Private parking for 3 cars

- Shop 2.5 miles, pub 1 mile
