Sleeping four guests, the two-bedroom hideaway is situated in Uplyme, 1 mile from Lyme Regis and 1.5 miles from the beach. With a courtyard garden, it is the perfect place to return to after your trips out along the picturesque Jurassic Coast.


Follow a flight of steps down to the cottage and let yourselves in to find a bright kitchen/diner. Discover there is ample storage for the provisions you have bought in town and put the kettle on to make a cup of tea to enjoy with the Dorset apple cake from a bakery. You will also find everything you need to help you cater for your party during your stay, plus a table where you can dine together. Wander through to the generous lounge. Two french doors in the lounge lead out to a fully enclosed courtyard garden , complete with festoon lighting, garden furniture for outside meals. Light the wood burner on chilly autumn and winter evenings and sink back into the soft seating in front of the Smart TV. As day turns to night, climb the stairs up to the first floor of the cottage. Here, you will find two double beds (one standard and one small), each with a TV so you can lounge about in bed on your holiday mornings. The family bathroom is also up here. Dine out in the fresh air of the courtyard garden on summer days. Pour yourself a glass of something chilled and then relax in the hot tub.


Enjoy lovely walks through the glorious Dorset countryside or pick up the South West Coast Path from Lyme Regis and strike out along the cliffs. Spend summer days on the beach, swimming, pottering in rockpools and hunting for fossils.
