Beautifully restored, one-of-a-kind 4 bedroom / 2 bathroom home surrounded by many amenities.
You will find yourself both in a leafy south Belfast suburb and just on the outskirts of the city centre.
Queens University is a mere 10 minutes walk away and the Lisburn Road with its bustling cafe, restaurant and bar scene is just 5 minutes walk.
Handy bus services can be found at the end of the road if needed
Free on street parking.
Our home has been lovingly restored and each room adorned with a different style. We really have put a lot of effort and a lot iof love into this and I am sure you will immediately see that when you step inside.
Downstairs we have our living room with wall mounted smart TV, really comfy sofas and seating for 7.
Next to the living room is the kitchen which has been stocked with everything needed to whip up some home made meals and a table that extends if needed to fit 7 guests.
There is also one large double bedroom downstairs.
Going upstairs you will find one large bathroom and one small bathroom, 2 further double bedrooms and an additional single bedroom.
There is a large area out the back but we ask guests not to use this at unsociable hours as it may disturb the neighbours.
On street parking in the area is free.
Guests have access to the whole house although one or two small cupboards will be locked for personal use.
Absolutely no parties, no extra guests at any time without permission, and no excessively loud noise/music. We live in the area so such occurrences will quickly be brought to our attention and the stay will be cancelled immediately WITHOUT REFUND.
We have to be strict on this policy as this is a residential area and we do not want to create a disturbance for our neighbours who may have children and /or need to get up for work.
IMPORTANT: On behalf of our host at Pass the Keys, we require guest verification facilitated by Truvi (Previously called Superhog). Upon confirming your booking, Truvi will contact the lead booker via a secure link, providing detailed instructions for the verification process.
The online verification requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay.
Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.
