A stunning and recent addition to our portfolio. Tucked away in the peaceful hamlet of Ringsfield, just 3 miles from the market town of Beccles, this charming and recently lovingly restored barn conversion is perfect for families planning Suffolk adventures together. Guests can explore the River Waveney with its opportunities for boating and scenic walks, while the Suffolk coast, with its golden beaches and picturesque villages such as Southwold (12 miles) and Walberswick (13 miles), lies within easy reach. Beccles itself is known for its independent shops, quaint cafes, and a vibrant weekly market â making it the perfect place to while away an afternoon. Nature lovers will delight in nearby nature reserves and gentle cycling routes, while food enthusiasts will find a wealth of local pubs and restaurants serving seasonal produce.
The property is a thoughtfully converted barn designed with character, charm and comfort in mind and with Air Conditioning Throughout. At the heart of the home is a magnificent open-plan kitchen, dining and living area, where bespoke kitchen cabinetry contrasts with the marble worktops and brick floor. The dining table is at the centre of the space and is designed for memorable mealtimes spent planning the next dayâs adventures. At the other end of the room is a welcoming lounge area with deep sofas, a Smart Frame TV and a roaring wood burner, offering a cosy setting for movie nights. A boot room with ample storage as well as utility area with a washing machine and tumble dryer is a handy addition. At the end of each day, retire to a choice of three restful bedrooms all boasting their own en-suite bathroom or shower room: one king-size room on the ground floor with a beautiful lounge area with its own Smart Frame TV, and two super-king zip and link rooms on the first floor.
French doors open onto a beautifully presented garden, framed by the traditional red brick and pantile roof of the barn. The gravelled terrace is bordered with soft planting and offers a bistro-style area for relaxed morning coffees or al fresco suppers. Beyond the courtyard, indulgence awaits with a heated swimming pool with outdoor kitchen and pool house, a private tennis court with Pimms bar and loo and a sunken trampoline that overlooks the picturesque open fields. Guests will also benefit from private parking for three cars.
