Sleeping six people across three bedrooms, it’s the ideal choice for families or groups of friends in search of some traditional seaside fun on the Suffolk coast. Spend a wonderful day discovering the rich history of Landguard Fort or taking a leisurely stroll along Felixstowe Beach. In the evening, discover the lively nightlife on the town’s two-mile-long promenade, or come home to the cottage to rinse off in the stylish, freestanding outside bathtub and then fire-up the BBQ in the pretty garden.

Step inside and you'll find a beautifully-decorated house with vibrant mid-century-modern design features that will instantly make you smile. Slip onto a sofa in the lounge area and take a little time out to relax before heading to the funky kitchen to whip up a delicious dinner for your loved ones. Host a memorable dinner in the welcoming dining area or gather everyone in the paved rear garden to dine alfresco. After dinner, enjoy a glass of wine as the stars come out, or head back indoors to relax in front of your favourite movie in the lounge area. When it’s time for bed, head upstairs and you’ll find three lovely bedrooms to choose from. Sleep in the master bedroom and in the morning you’ll wake up to lovely sea views from your bed.

Take a peaceful stroll through the beautiful, well-kept gardens at Felixstowe Seafront Gardens (2 miles). Alternatively, if you’re in search of a little more excitement, check out Mannings Amusements (1 mile), where you can play classic arcade games or compete against your loved ones in a game of mini-golf.

- Enclosed rear garden with a wonderful deep bath tub to relax in under the fairy lights after a busy day at the beach. Garden furniture. Outhouse with a washing machine and a tumble dryer.
