Puffin Lodge is a beautifully renovated bungalow situated in an elevated position overlooking Swanage Bay. This lovely property is all on one level, and benefits from a large gravel driveway with parking for four cars, and included an Electric vehicle charging point. Puffin Lodge is modern and well equipped with large open plan living, kitchen and dining room with doors opening out to a fabulous enclosed garden.
The two bedrooms are spacious and well furnished, alongside a newly fitted family bathroom and separate handy cloakroom with W.C. Guests are welcome to use the private garage to store paddle boards, kayaks and mountain bikes etc.
Puffin Lodge is a comfortable holiday home for friends and family to enjoy during their stay in Swanage. Spend your holiday enjoying all that Swanage has to offer with a beautiful sandy beach, rock pools by the Victorian pier and plenty of places to enjoy a local ice cream after a day at the beach! The high street is varied and vibrant and has many places to eat and drink - from cafes, pubs and restaurants to the traditional seaside fare of fish and chips. If you wish to venture further afield you can hop on the steam train which runs from April and September to the historic ruin and town of Corfe Castle.

Kitchen Area: Rangemaster oven with gas hob. Washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, microwave. Breakfast bar with three stools, extendable dining table with seating for up to six. French doors.
Bedroom 1: 1 x king size bed, 1 x single bed. Plenty of storage, wardrobe and chest of drawers.
Bedroom 2: 1 x king size bed. Storage, TV & DVD player.
Bathroom: Shower cubicle, WC, wash basin, LED heated lit mirror, heated towel rail.
Cloakroom: WC with hand wash basin.
Outside: Enclosed garden to rear of property with decking area, shed with garden furniture Further seating and patio area at the front of the property, with table and chairs. Garage has storage for bikes & boards and an Electric Vehicle charging point.
Parking: For up to four cars on private gravelled driveway.
Heating: Gas Central Heating.
