Constructed from traditional Norfolk building materials, this contemporary barn-style house accommodates up to eight guests plus two lucky pups. With ample living space and a large enclosed garden, there’s plenty of room for socialising and relaxing, while the delights of the North Norfolk coast are within easy reach.
This property has a light and spacious feel, and features contemporary country-style decor throughout. An impressive hallway welcomes you inside, and has space for a table and chairs next to patio doors leading to the back garden. With a selection of comfortable seating, a feature fireplace and wood burner, a Smart TV and DVD, and shelves of books and games, the lounge is the perfect spot to unwind after a day of adventuring. In summer, throw open the patio doors to enjoy the fresh Norfolk air, or take your favourite book outside to read in the sun. The colourful kitchen has everything you need to whip up family favourites, including a Krups coffee machine, before gathering in the formal dining room, or fire up the BBQ and dine alfresco in the lovely walled lawned garden. Choose from a king-size bedroom on the ground floor next to a shower room, or head upstairs where you’ll find a king-size bedroom and with en suite, two twin rooms, and a family bathroom.
This location is great for walkers with the Peddars Way running through the village, meeting the Norfolk Coastal Path at Holme-next-the-Sea (6 miles). There are more pubs, shops and restaurants at Snettisham (2.5 miles), Hunstanton (4 miles), and along the coastal road. Hunstanton is a lively seaside resort with a sandy beach, fun fair, Sea Life Centre, and lots of restaurants and fish and chip shops. The Norfolk Lavender Farm is just 1.5 miles away.
