This wonderful detached granary conversion is located in a breathtakingly beautiful and tranquil location - with far reaching views across rolling countryside with fabulous sunsets. The Old Granary has been carefully converted with minute attention to detail - creating attractive and welcoming family accommodation. Floor to ceiling windows on the ground floor flood the living/dining room and the downstairs twin bedroom with light and the French windows open onto the garden and paddock beyond. It is close to Rye with its enchanting cobbled streets, medieval church and beautifully preserved historic houses.

Ground Floor:

Open Plan Sitting/Dining Room has a lovely cosy feel with brick fireplace housing a wood burning stove and log store, two large comfortable sofas and two armchairs all nestling between the oak supports. There is a TV/DVD on a corner cabinet and plenty of occasional tables. Large oblong dining table with eight chairs and a sideboard for storage

Kitchen is beautifully fitted and provides a built-in double electric oven, separate hob, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer and washing machine

Heating: Underfloor heating on the ground floor plus wood burning stove and the first floor benefits from oil central heating.
